Joan Wargo is Director for Research and Program Coordination at the Center for Korean Legal Studies at Columbia Law School. She holds a B.A. from St. Olaf College, and M.A. in Modern European History from the University of Colorado, Boulder, and a C.Phil. in Modern European History from the University of California, Los Angeles. She has two decades of experience as a fundraiser in university settings and in the fields of local economic development and human services.
